What a nice bicycle in the bush!

Note the relief on the stem and the lug cutout and contrasting headtube.

Lesson for today is done.

GoodNight Moon on Stage Tuesday May 11

Tuesday, May 11 at 12pm, Bowker Auditorium, UMass Bring the kids or grandchildren! Great seats still available for the Noon performance!  Goodnight Moon is a celebration of familiar nighttime rituals, while The Runaway Bunny’s pretend tale of leaving home evokes reassuring responses from his loving Mum. Both tales feature endearing rabbit characters, and the soothing rhythms of bunny banter and dream-like imagery never fail to infuse young readers with a reassuring sense of security and peace. This staged adaptation of Margaret Wise Brown’s books will bring a new sense of appreciation to stories that have delighted several generations.  Mermaid Theatre of Nova Scotia’s unique adaptations of children’s literature have served to introduce more than four million youngsters on four continents to the magic of live theatre. Following in the steps of its acclaimed interpretations of the works of Eric Carle, Leo Lionni, Berkeley Breathed and Sam MacBratney, the 50-minute performance will incorporate innovative puppetry, striking scenic effects, and evocative original music to provide very young audiences with an effortless introduction to the performing arts and the excitement of reading.  Tuesday, May 11 at Noon in Bowker Auditorium, UMass
Children $6, adults $8
Call 413-545-2116 for reservations
Tickets available at the door for Noon performance only (checks or exact cash only please)
